On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a, experienced and highly motivated personality, who would like to contribute professionally, open-minded and committed to the further (international) success and growth of the company and who would like to be actively involved in an exciting future market as
Director Agency Sales (m/w)
Your Mission
- Make an impact on the video strategy and future of the market leaders in the DACH region
- Drive and execute sales with the large media agencies and brands in the region and deal with senior decision-makers on the client side directly
- Invent strategies on how to fulfill the clients’ needs and acquire new video business (IO and programmatic)
- Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing while simultaneously majorly contributing to and driving revenue in the region through pro-active sales activities;
- Deliver high levels of quality customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction
- Report on the status of ongoing sales processes regarding both existing and potential customers
- Handling and achieving ambitious yearly targets
- Working collaboratively with the other colleagues in the sales team and partner with technical and account management teams
- Participating in all major industry events and representation of the company at conferences as a speaker
- Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends and clients prospects
Your Profile
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in direct sales
- Robust knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including Video & Programmatic
- An existing network within the industry and key contacts to decision-makers at major agencies within the market
- Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and requirements and translate these into profitable solutions for both the customers and the company
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
- Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to absorb and action on information fast
- Self-motivated positive individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and achiever attitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English (C1 or above).
- High willingness to travel
